By placing an order you agree to all terms and conditions.

Acceptance of your order

Raspberry Ribbons reserve the right to refuse any order submitted. In this case, a full refund of any monies received will be given.

Payment and subscriptions

The monthly ribbon kits we prefer a standing order/direct debit, but we also accept Paypal.

Overseas customers subscribing to our monthly kits can do so through Paypal.

You will pay for the first kit you subscribe to straight away and then you will pay on a recurring basis on same date each month (or thereabouts)

For all other kits available on the website payment through Paypal is accepted.

Postage and packing

All prices shown with the ribbons include postage.


Dispatching orders

The monthly kits will be dispatched within 7 days of us receiving your cleared payment each month. All other kits purchased will be dispatch within 2-3 working days.

As all goods are posted using Royal Mail, actual delivery times will vary, but are usually with you in around 2 days.

Please though allow up to 15 working days for delivery. ( this is in accordance with the Post Office guidelines).

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

A certificate of posting is always obtained.

If there is going to be a delay in dispatching your goods for any reason, we will let you know and advise you of the expected dispatch date.


Refunds and returns

If you are not satisfied with the product please email us with details within 7 days at info@raspberry-ribbons.com

If returning the goods they must be in original packaging, unopened and unused.

They buyer is responsible for the return posting in relation to the goods.

Refunds will then be given when we have received the goods.

When returning items please obtain a free proof of postage certificate from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit back to us.

Privacy policy

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, we will only collect information about you to be able to send you your order and contact you if we have a query.

We never pass your details on to anyone else.
